Paul is a junior at Penn studying International Relations and East Asian Languages and Civilizations. Since joining the Federal Branch in the fall of 2025, he has conducted research on U.S. politics, constitutional law, and gerrymandering practices. Apart from PPC, Paul is also a Perry World House Student Fellow and works as a research assistant for Professor Michael C. Horowitz. In the future, he wishes to attend law school, serve in the U.S. military, and practice law.

Manasvi is a sophomore on the pre-law track studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics with a minor in Legal Studies. She currently serves as Co-Lead of the Federal Branch at PPC, where she has been involved since her freshman year. Her policy interests span a wide range of federal issues, with a particular focus on criminal justice reform, immigration, and national security. Outside of PPC, Manasvi is active in Penn’s pre-law community and enjoys watching crime dramas and playing badminton.

Nathalie is a sophomore from Egypt majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics with a minor in Consumer Psychology. She joined PPC in the fall of 2025 as an Associate Consultant in the Federal Branch. Her passion for policy began when she joined Model United Nations in eighth grade, which led her to pursue opportunities in public policy and international affairs. Her academic interests include international political economy and behavioral consumer decision-making. Outside of PPC, Nathalie is also involved in Penn Leads The Vote, works as a psychology research assistant, and participates in the Assembly of International Students.
