Celia Kreth is a junior from Little Rock, Arkansas, majoring in Communications and Public Service in the College of Arts and Sciences through the Annenberg School of Communication, in addition to pursuing a combined minor of Legal Studies and History through the Wharton School and College. She is Co-President of PPC and helps to oversee Federal Affairs. Celia previously served as a Vice President of Federal Affairs, joining PPC in Fall 2019. In high school, she was a U.S. Senate Page, an intern at the Arkansas Lieutenant Governor's Office, and a delegate to the U. S. Senate Youth Program. Aside from PPC, Celia is Vice President of Wharton Undergraduates in Public Policy, an Associate Editor for the Penn Undergraduate Law Journal, and former political beat and copy editor at The Daily Pennsylvanian. Celia is also a fellow in the inaugural cohort of the SNF Paideia Fellowship Program at Penn. 

Katie Busch is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania from a suburb of Chicago, IL. She is Co-President of PPC and works closely with the Global Committee. Katie previously served as a Vice President of Global Affairs, having joined PPC in Fall 2019. She has particular policy interests in education, immigration, and foreign policy. Outside of PPC, she tutors in the Penn Writing Center and is an editor for the Penn Review of Philosophy. In her free time, she loves cooking, doing yoga, and walking around Philadelphia.

Joe Anderson is a junior planning to major in Philosophy, Politics, Economics. He currently serves as an Executive Vice President, having previously been a Vice President of the Federal Affairs team. Originally from Elk River, Minnesota, Joe has a passion for politics that began with his involvement in the state legislature, and grew with his national advocacy on expanding child care and community health programs. He is passionate about social policy, and has particular interest in agriculture and transportation issues. In high school, Joe participated in speech and debate, and spent his Junior year interning on a congressional campaign in Minnesota's 8th district, on Minnesota's Mesabi Iron Range. In his free time, Joe enjoys going on runs and talking politics with friends. In addition to PPC, Joe is a member of the Penn Debate Society, the Government and Politics Association, and Penn Democrats.

Lucia is an Executive Vice President and Social Director for PPC, having previously served as a Vice President for the Global Committee. She is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in political science and sociology with a minor in French. Her main interests are in foreign policy and international development. Originally from New York, Lucia shadowed local legislators and volunteered for her district's State Senator in high school. Outside of PPC, Lucia is an Undergraduate Fellow at FactCheck.org, and she enjoys working out and exploring Philadelphia.

Sharon Lee is a Vice President of Special Projects, a brand new branch. She previously served on the Local Committee, having joined PPC in Fall 2020. She is a senior in the College, from Maryland, pursuing a major in Political Science with a minor in Environmental Studies. Sharon is interested in environmental policy and financial regulation. Outside of PPC, Sharon is an Undergraduate Fellow at the Wharton Risk Center, in addition to working as a Compliance Analyst at Barclays.

Liam Cullina is a Vice President of Global Affairs, overseeing Senior Associate and Associate Consultants on the Global Team. He is a junior at the University of Pennsylvania with a major in biology, a concentration in neurobiology, and a double minor in chemistry and American public policy. At Penn, he is also a member of the Pre-Medical Association and is a lab assistant in a genetics lab. He holds a commercial lobster license in Maine, where he grew up, and, in high school, he pursued his policy interests as a captain of his Speech and Debate Team and as the Chief of Staff of the Model United Nations Club.

Mary Kate Langan is a Vice President of Global Affairs, overseeing Senior Associate and Associate Consultants on the Global Team. She is a junior from New Hampshire studying Political Science in the College of Arts and Sciences and Finance in the Wharton School. Since joining the Local Committee in the fall of her freshman year, Mary Kate has enjoyed learning more about policy in Philadelphia through the lead poisoning and opioid crisis projects. Outside of PPC, Mary Kate is involved in the Wharton Undergraduate Finance Club, the Student Committee on Undergraduate Education, MUSE, and is a research assistant in the Sociology Department. In her free time, Mary Kate loves exploring Philly and finding new dim sum restaurants.

Jacob Wycoff is the Vice President of the Local Committee. He was an Associate Consultant on the Local Team for one year and previously served on the Federal Team for a semester, as he joined PPC in Spring 2020. Jacob is a junior from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania pursuing a double major in physics and philosophy with a minor in math. His main interests are healthcare and environmental policy, and he is generally enthusiastic about using government action to create a more equitable society. Jacob is also a member of Penn Philosophy Society where he likes to explore questions of scientific objectivity and animal ethics and a physics lab where he does machine learning research. In his free time he likes to play guitar, read philosophy, and keep up with politics.

Saavan Myneni is Vice President of the Federal Branch, overseeing the Senior Associate Consultants on the Federal Team. He is a sophomore from Austin, Texas. Saavan is studying Economics and Political Science in the College of Arts and Sciences. He has been a member of Penn Policy Consulting since Fall 2020, and has been a member of the federal team throughout his time in the club. At Penn, he is also involved in the Undergraduate Econ Society, the JMS Pre Law Society, and Consult for America. In his free time, he enjoys reading, hiking and traveling.

Jack Immanuel is Vice President of the Federal Branch for Training and he oversees the Associate Consultants on the Federal team. Jack has been a member of Penn Policy Consulting since Fall 2020, and has been a member of the Federal Team throughout his time in the club.

Eli Adler is a senior from Los Angeles, California, studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics with a minor in Consumer Psychology. His research interests lie largely in Middle East foreign policy, global strategy, and education policy. Eli's work experience is wide-ranging: he is a co-founder of The Juventus Group, a political consultancy bringing the Gen Z voice to political campaigns and advocacy groups, currently serves as Director of Marketing & Development for a direct-to-consumer premium men's activewear company, and completed a legislative internship for Rep. Bill Keating (MA-09). At Penn, Eli is also involved with The Daily Pennsylvanian and the College Dean's Advisory Board. In his free time, he is an avid skier and runner.

Harrison Feinman is a senior at the University of Pennsylvania studying Political Science and Legal Studies. Growing up in Los Angeles, Harrison worked for the City of Los Angeles and on Hillary Clinton’s Presidential and Gavin Newsom’s 2018 Gubernatorial Campaign. In addition to the Penn Policy Consulting Group, Harrison is involved with Penn Leads the Vote, Penn Model Congress, and the University Scholars program.
