Penn Policy Consulting Group (PPC) is a nonpartisan, pre-professional student organization at the University of Pennsylvania dedicated to presenting student-led research on pressing issues in local, state, federal, and international government systems. Our track record spans hundreds of successful policy meetings with Senators, Congressional Representatives, City Councilmembers, UN Ambassadors, and other top government and private sector officials.

PPC envisions a world where students and youth are recognized as stakeholders in key policy decisions. We conduct professional-level policy research and present innovative solutions to stakeholders in Philadelphia, Capitol Hill, the United Nations.

Our Mission: We are dedicated to creating policy change through advocacy and informed research. As one of the few student organizations that maintain regular advocacy functions at the UN and Capitol Hill, PPC is focused on translating on-campus discussions and student research into concrete policy action.

PPC offers members the opportunity to directly engage with government officials to advocate for bold and creative solutions to vexing issues in the U.S. and beyond.
