Deitra is a junior studying International Relations at Penn. Deitra joined PPC in Fall 2025 as an Associate Consultant in the Global Branch, where she researched integrated economic transformation models for developing countries. She is a part of Penn’s Karate club, and outside of school, she volunteers for the Free Library of Philadelphia.

Annie is a sophomore at Penn studying Economics and Political Science with a concentration in International Relations. She is the Deputy Lead of the Global Branch and her research interests include Indo-Pacific geopolitics, economic statecraft, defense strategy, and US foreign policy. She was previously an Associate Consultant on the  Global Branch, where she contributed to policy research for the World Bank. She is a research intern with the Foreign Policy Research Institute.
